Seagrove Beach

Laid Back Luxury

As a Seagrove local, I welcome you to discover the charm of Seagrove, a beach neighborhood that locals and vacationers love. The lush magnolias, oak trees, and pines have spread deep roots in Seagrove — and so have long-time visitors who keep coming back year after year.

Laid-back but luxurious, Seagrove is a place that embraces variety. Though only a short bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor, Seagrove has everything you need. From upscale dining to casual boutiques, this beach neighborhood offers a little bit of everything — including two rare coastal dune lakes, a state park, and sugar-white sand.

Despite only being about 2 miles long, Seagrove offers the most public beach access points (20) of all the 30A communities. So whether you are looking for a Beachfront home to purchase or would prefer to be in a quiet neighborhood, a convenient public beach access is never far away.

Seagrove Restaurants

Here's are a few of my favorite spots.

The Perfect Pig – Praise the Lard this place is only a 2-minute walk from my house. I have two words for you, Parmesan Encrusted Breakfast Sandwich! If you are feeling extra sweet, its big enough to split. Sharing is caring.

Donut Hut – Fresh baked goodness. They have the largest selection of donuts on 30A and wait for it… they deliver!

Cowgirl Kitchen – They start serving yummy biscuits and tasty breakfast tacos at 7:30 am. The line usually starts right about the time “Grumpy Hour” when you can get $5 Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. Come back for lunch, because there’s a public beach access right across the street. Perfect for a midday beach picnic.

Seagrove Village Market – has been a part of the Seagrove community since 1949. It was recently updated, but the famous recipes haven’t changed a bit. You can’t go wrong with their famous grouper sandwich or shrimp po-boy. Click here to watch their sweet video and get a little Seagrove history lesson at the same time.

Cafe 30A – Fine dining in the heart of Seagrove. This local favorite is known for its casual elegance. We also enjoy their Thanksgiving Supper. Make reservations early and enjoy a stress-free delicious holiday.

Goatfeathers – Funny Name, fresh seafood. Whenever we have visitors from out of town, we always welcome them with a few pounds of fresh, steamed and seasoned shrimp from Goatfeathers. Perfect on those nights you don’t want to cook, Southern Living agrees.
