The WaterColor community includes a variety of beachy residential homes and an award-winning beachside resort located on the stunning Gulf of Mexico beaches and alongside serene Western Lake.
Like most of my favorite communities along 30A, WaterColor has a small town feel and is perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. Delightful streets and pathways connect homes to the community’s parks, inviting green spaces and shops.
In addition to the white sand beaches, the WaterColor amenities take full advantage of the natural surroundings. The boathouse offers paddleboards and kayaks to explore Western Lake; state of the art tennis facility, outdoor amphitheater; a lakeside pool; word class spa and more.
The Wine Bar – Located in the heart of WaterColor, this is the perfect spot to enjoy gourmet food in an upscale yet informal setting. A favorite of locals and vacationers alike, there’s a little something for everyone.
FOOW – The new and improved Fish Out Of Water recently reopened to everyone’s delight. You can’t beat the incredible gulf views, delicious menu or fantastic service.
Indigo – WaterColor’s newest boutique was an instant crowd favorite. The store feels comfortable, modern and earthy all at the same time.
The Blue Giraffe – Voted a “30A Hot Spot for Art and Gifts,” this bright shop is filled with creative gifts, spiritual art, books, and coastal-inspired jewelry.
“The WaterColor Beach Club is located along the Gulf of Mexico, offering spectacular beach views. On hot days, find a refreshing respite in the club’s pool, or stop by to lounge poolside and enjoy a cocktail and some delicious food from the club’s restaurant. The club features fully-equipped changing rooms with showers and lockers and a pool service area that offers sunscreen, hats, water toys, and even chilled towels. Residents can take in a breathtaking gulf view or a gorgeous beach sunset on the club’s balcony or beach boardwalk.”
